The Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) is the center of HRM and HRD professional association for all levels of HR professionals. PMAT is the non-profit organization and has the objective to develop and leap up the highest efficiency of HR management and development for several organization and in order to support these objectives.
PMAT has developed countless training courses and activities to the public for more than 45 years and now, PMAT has more than 2,400 members across Thailand covering private, public sector, state enterprise and educational institutes.
The Association also helps HR professional development in Thailand. We have several projects to create HR professional competency and accreditation, as well as collaborations with the government to create HR professional development programs, and produce HR publications, including our HR journal for distribution to HR professionals.
