JSHRM was established in year2000 as an association of HR professionals in Japan. Its mission is to build HRM Professionalism in Japan.
Since then, it provided various opportunities for competency development and knowledge sharing for HR professionals through extensive membership network, and also produced publications and various research reports from global perspectives.
It is a member of World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) representing Japan.
